Some seasonal and newer menu items (Avocado Toast, Stellar Crêpes, Sticky Toffee Cake, Chick-N-Breakfast Bliss, etc.) aren't yet in that guide and have been left out — your local diner can tell you about those directly. Allergens are best-effort from the source guide; cross-contamination is possible in any kitchen that handles all of these ingredients.
